Whedon Wars III: Illyria

"To never die and to conquer all - that is winning." - Illyria

So says the god Illyria. While she may now reside in the mortal form of Winifred Burkle, she's still one tough bird! Illyria is the third of several experiments with . The pencil work was all done by while I did the inking. I'm really pleased with the clean look of her armor, that was an interesting challenge. Overall I'm happy with the look I established with her in the end.

This is the third in a series entitled "Whedon Wars." Essentially, we're pitting whedonverse characters against one another in a series of epic battles. Round III: Illyria vs. Glory (aka Glorificus) - and so the Gods war.
